Constitutional and Administrative Law in Indonesia
As a country based on the rule of law, Indonesia has a constitution, namely the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945). This constitution is the highest law of the land, so all regulations in Indonesia should be based on the 1945 Constitution, including the business environment and government actions. To understand more about this field, we use the 1945 Constitution as a legal basis and all kinds of government regulations, including regional regulations at the provincial or municipalities/regencies level. With this vast area of practice across Indonesia, our lawyers shall assist clients in conveniently understanding Indonesian public law. In this practice, we usually deal with issues such as election law, a private practice against government actions, judicial review at the Constitutional Court or the Supreme Court, and other matters relating to state institutions.
